The Noida Film City project operates on a public-private partnership (PPP) model, emphasizing collaboration between the government and private entities to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. The winning bidder will be selected based on their proposed revenue share with the state government, ensuring transparency and accountability in the project’s execution. Once the financial bid is unveiled, the chosen concessionaire’s proposal will undergo scrutiny and approval by the state government.
