In a remarkable turn of events, actors Dhanush and Randeep Hooda have received personal invitations to attend the highly anticipated inauguration of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya on January 22. This distinguished invitation follows in the footsteps of fellow actors Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, who were also extended the honor.

The official X handle of news agency ANI shared a momentous image of Randeep Hooda, clad in a simple brown T-shirt, graciously receiving the official invitation for the Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir Pran Pratistha ceremony. This invitation came a day after Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt were similarly invited to partake in the historic event.

Adding to the star-studded guest list, National Award-winning Tamil actor Dhanush was personally invited on Monday to grace the inauguration. The actors’ presence at such a significant event underscores the cultural and national importance of the Ram Mandir inauguration.

The ceremony holds immense significance, with over one lakh devotees expected to converge in Ayodhya on January 22 for the ‘pran pratishtha’ of the Ram Mandir. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is slated to attend the ceremony, which marks a pivotal moment in the country’s cultural and religious landscape.

The grandeur of the Ram temple complex is notable, constructed in the traditional Nagara style. Stretching 380 feet in length (east-west direction), 250 feet in width, and 161 feet in height, the temple stands as a testament to architectural splendor. As reported by news agency PTI, each floor of the temple rises 20 feet high, featuring an impressive array of 392 pillars and 44 gates.

As the anticipation builds for the inauguration, it is noteworthy that the legendary actor Rajinikanth, Dhanush’s father-in-law, had also received an invitation to attend the ceremony. The convergence of cinematic luminaries underlines the event’s cultural significance, bridging the worlds of entertainment and spirituality.

Turning the spotlight onto the actors, Dhanush is gearing up for the release of his action-adventure film “Captain Miller,” scheduled to hit theaters on January 12, coinciding with the auspicious occasion of Pongal. Meanwhile, Randeep Hooda, set to portray freedom fighter Vinayak Damodar Savarkar in the upcoming film “Swatantrya Veer Savarkar,” has been actively involved in promoting the movie. Last week, he flagged off the Swatantraveer Savarkar Mukti Shatabdi Yatra from Yerwada Central Jail in Pune, commemorating an essential chapter in Savarkar’s life.

Directed and co-written by Randeep Hooda alongside Utkarsh Naithani, “Swatantrya Veer Savarkar” is produced by Anand Pandit Motion Pictures and Randeep Hooda Films, in collaboration with Legend Studios and Avak Films. The film features the talented Ankita Lokhande, known for her role in Pavitra Rishta, opposite Randeep Hooda, promising a cinematic experience that delves into the historical narrative.
